RETURN POLICY

At Bee Elegant Jewelry Co., we want you to love your jewelry and shopping experience with us.

REGULAR JEWELRY PURCHASES

We accept returns on regular jewelry items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unworn and unused
• Items must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

The following items are non-refundable:
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalized/custom items

MYSTERY SCOOP PURCHASES

Due to the surprise nature of Mystery Scoops, all Mystery Scoop sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Style preferences
• Duplicate items
• Mystery scoop dissatisfaction
• Requests for specific jewelry styles or colors

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello.bee.elegant@gmail.com

Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging
